New Works with Claude, Codex and Gemini

Your AI team, in one chat.

Klatch runs a lead, engineers, a reviewer and QA as AI agents on your own server. Ask in plain words. They plan the work, write the code, test it and prepare the push, then wait for your OK.

How it works

One request, start to finish

This is the real panel, not a mock-up. Follow one change from your message to the push.

  1. 1

    You ask, in plain words

Tell Lead what you want, in a project chat or a direct message. It splits one request into tasks for the right agents and tells you who does what.

A direct message with Lead: the owner asks to redo the pricing section; Lead splits it into three tasks.
  2. 2

    The team gets to work

Each agent works on a branch in its own sandbox. You see what every agent is doing right now, and each file it changes, line by line.

The Atlas project chat: Frontend's change to three files, and a side panel with what each agent is doing.
  3. 3

    Agents check each other

CTO reviews the diff before anything is pushed. QA opens the site in a real browser at three widths. Problems go back to the agent, not to you.

A task thread: CTO approved the change, Frontend reports 9 of 9 tests passing, QA checks three widths.
  4. 4

    You approve what leaves

Pushes, deploys, emails and spending wait in one place, with the diff, the build and the tests. One click to approve, and a few seconds to undo.

Needs you: a push with its build, tests and QA status, and a refund reply, each with an Approve button.
  5. 5

Wake up to a clear picture

Home shows what needs you, who is working and what got done overnight, with usage against your plan's limits.

Home: what needs you, who is working, what was done, and this week's usage.

Setup

Running in ten minutes

One command on a Linux server or a Mac. Or hand the setup guide to your own AI agent and let it do the install.

Install on your server

Any Ubuntu or Debian server with 2 CPUs and 4 GB of memory, or a Mac. The installer sets up Docker, HTTPS and a backup command.

$ curl -fsSL https://klatch.dev/install.sh | sh

Connect your work

Add your repo, your AI key and the tools you use (GitHub, Linear, Sentry and any MCP server). The setup page walks you through it.

Ask the team

Message @Lead with what you want. It splits the work, the agents pick it up, and you approve what leaves.

Any AI, any tool

Bring the AI you already pay for

Choose a provider per agent. Your key stays encrypted on your server, and you pay the provider directly.

Claude

Claude Code with an Anthropic API key, or any Anthropic-compatible endpoint such as DeepSeek or Kimi.

Fable, Opus, Sonnet, Haiku
Codex

OpenAI's Codex CLI with an OpenAI API key. Same sandbox, same approvals.

OpenAI's coding models
Gemini

Google's Antigravity CLI with a Gemini API key, for a second opinion or a cheaper agent.

Security

Built for code you care about

Agents are powerful, so Klatch assumes they can make mistakes and limits what a mistake can do.

A fresh container every turn

No root, no extra privileges, memory and CPU limits, and it is thrown away when the turn ends.

No direct internet

Agents reach the outside only through Klatch, with the access level you choose.

Keys stay with Klatch

Agents never hold the keys that push code, send email or call your tools. They ask Klatch, with a token that dies with the turn.

You approve what leaves

Pushes, emails, refunds and server restarts all wait for you. Every action is logged.

Encrypted secrets

API keys and tokens are encrypted at rest. The panel can replace a key but never shows it.

Locked front door

Password with two-factor codes, or keep the panel private on your Tailscale network.

Pricing

Pay once, own it

No seats, no per-agent fees. You pay your AI provider for what the agents use.

Questions

What do I need to run it?

A Linux server (Ubuntu 22.04 or 24.04, or Debian 12) with 2 CPUs, 4 GB of memory and 20 GB of disk, or a Mac with macOS 13 or newer, and an API key from Anthropic, OpenAI or Google. A $20–40 a month cloud server is enough for a small team. The installer handles Docker and HTTPS.

Does my code go to you?

No. Klatch runs entirely on your server. Your code goes only to the AI provider you choose, under your own account. The only thing Klatch sends home is a license check once a day.

Can I use my Claude Pro or Max subscription?

Klatch is built for API keys, which is what Anthropic asks products like this to use. Read Anthropic's terms before connecting a personal subscription.

What can the agents do without me?

Read the code, write and test changes in their sandbox, talk to each other, and use the tools you connect. Anything that leaves the server, such as a push, an email or a refund, waits for your approval. You set each agent's permissions.

What happens if the license check can't reach the internet?

Nothing, for 14 days. Klatch keeps working and checks again later. If the key stays invalid after that, agents stop taking new work, but you can still read everything and approve what is waiting.

Can I move it to another server?

Yes. Run klatch backup, restore it on the new server, and release the license from the old one in Settings.

Is there a refund?

Yes, within 14 days of buying, no questions asked. Write to us from the email you bought with.
