Privacy
Klatch is software you run on your own server. This page says what reaches us, and what does not.
What stays on your server
Your code, chats, files, agents' memory, settings, API keys and tokens. We cannot see them, and Klatch never sends them to us.
What leaves your server
- To the AI providers you choose (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, or a service you set up): the prompts and code your agents work on, under your own account and their privacy terms.
- To the tools you connect (GitHub, Linear and so on): what your agents ask of them, under your account.
- To our licensing provider, Dodo Payments: your license key, and when you activate it, this server's host name as a label for the activation. After that, the key and the activation's id once a day, to check the license. Nothing about your work is included.
When you buy
Dodo Payments is the seller of record. They handle payment, tax and your receipt, and they share with us your name, email address, country and what you bought, so we can support you. We never see your card.
This website
The website has no tracking cookies. If we add privacy-friendly visit statistics later, this page will say so first.
